Sortiq is a software product for coworking spaces and virtual office operators, developed and operated by the Sortiq team based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Sortiq acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website (sortiq.nl).

2. What personal data we collect and why

Demo request form

When you submit the "Schedule a demo" form, we collect:

• Full name
• Company name
• Email address
• Number of locations
• Estimated monthly mail volume
• Optional message

Purpose: To respond to your demo request and follow up about Sortiq as a potential solution for your organisation.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR / AVG) — we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries submitted through our website.

Server logs

Like all websites, our hosting provider (mijn.host) automatically records standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This data is used solely for security and operational purposes and is not processed by Sortiq.

3. Cookies and tracking

We ask for your consent before placing any non-essential cookies. You can accept or decline via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

Demo request submissions are stored for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following parties to operate this website:

• mijn.host — our hosting provider, based in the Netherlands. Processes server logs and stores submitted form data on our behalf.
• Google LLC — analytics and advertising (only if you have accepted cookies).

6. Your rights

Under the AVG (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
